Thermopy reserves the right to make corrections and disclaims liability for damages arising from reliance on inaccurate information.

Thermopy does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All calculations, ROI forecasts, and savings estimates generated by our calculators are solely for informational and simulated purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of financial outcomes, investment viability, or actual savings. Users acknowledge that any investment decisions based on Thermopy's data are made at their own risk and Thermopy bears no liability for real or perceived losses.

3.3 Limited Liability

Thermopy's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services is limited to the fees you paid to Thermopy, if any, for the use of the Service. Thermopy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to heating system failures, energy inefficiencies, or financial losses.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Thermopy and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

These Terms, and all disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. For legal purposes, the English language version of these Terms shall govern and prevail over any translation.
